60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on MUST GO EPIC products. If you train with our products and they aren't right for you, whether there's a quality issue or you simply don't get on with them, we'll refund you.
Our goal is simple: we want you to train with confidence. If a product isn't right for you, we'll make it right.
Quality Issues or Not Satisfied (Used Products)
If you've used the product and aren't satisfied, or there's a quality problem, you're eligible for a refund within 60 days of delivery.
- No return is required for used products.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
- We cover any costs; there's nothing for you to pay.

Changed Your Mind (Unopened Products)
If you've simply changed your mind, you can return the product within 60 days of delivery, provided it is unopened and unused in its original packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If a return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. This statutory right applies to unopened products only. Used or unsealed personal care products are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@mustgoepic.com with a clear statement of your decision. Once we receive your notification and the returned item, we'll issue your refund without undue delay, and within 14 days at the latest.
This legal right exists in addition to our 60-day money-back guarantee, which is more generous.
Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
